Hi Leland! I have three friends visiting and one is a baker so I found your carrot cookie recipe and went shopping for butter and eggs and they are in the oven now. There are so many of your recipes I’ve wanted to try but never have all of the ingredients. I am a cook and have every spice in the world but have never baked much. I keep my flour and powdered sugar in the freezer and don’t usually have eggs. Had run out of butter. We made a special trip into town just to complete the ingredients for your cookies. I know you gave a very simple recipe a few weeks (months) ago for cookies–maybe sugar cookies? Gonna look for it next.
