A definite block. Cute kittens have to be petted and played with — and you can’t possibly get back to your writing. 🙂 My block is a cat in my chair — even though I’ve put a nice soft cat bed in the office.
I go find another chair and pad it with a blanket for soft sitting then go grab a coffee — and come back to find a cat in that one, too. Maybe even a cat in both chairs and one in the cat bed. 😦 My daughter says I’m just too soft (headed). 🙂

And when she plants herself on the keyboard, there is no further discussion on the matter of cats or any other subject possible!!!

Yup, kittens induce major writer’s block.

That reminds me of my late parrot who would step all over my laptop key board. Basically he said “Pay attention to ME!” And if I shoed him aside he’d return and take a dump on it.

Now that could definitely close down a computer.

Fairly easy to take them back. I know the vet who writes the papers for it.. then just a matter of putting it under your seat. They won’t be so small by then, however! Took them to visit Gloria today.

It was just a question of time, in your situation. 😀

You mean kitten on the keys or real writer’s block? Actually, I was only referring to the kitten. The writing seems to be a plague of sorts. No antidote found as of yet.
