A Walk in the City
For those of you who said you had liked the book “A Walk in the City,” is this the one that you knew and liked? Such charming illustrations, but of all the children’s books in the world, I can’t believe that you, too, remembered this one. As I recall, the hardcover was bright orange with black lettering. Candace and Soul and Spirit, what say you? And, does anyone else remember this book? It has to be at least 60 years old.
Mine one is a vintage picture book of 1950 by Rosemary and Richard Dawson. It was gifted to me by my father when I was in class 6th. I kept it with me and my sons also found it so interesting.

But is it this same book?

Oh, sorry. Couldn’t see this, I was off net. As far as I remember it was having a red color theme with the wall illustrated on the cover page. The mother and child was standing behind the wall. You can see the cover page on Amazon by typing the book name with authors’ names. It still sells there.
