Thanks, Vibrant.Weird little pictures, but they please me, too. It is fun making abstracts out of reality.

Great fun playing around. I like the middle photo best. But both closeups are great.

I know. I didn’t even notice that water droplet until I zoomed in with the editor. That is what I love about going on closeup explorations–all the things one discovers.

I was unfamiliar with this gorgeous flower–your photos are lovely.

As is your name. lapis lazuli is one of my favorite stones. I even had it in my wedding/engagement ring!

Ohhh, how pretty!! Yes, I love anything blue, especially lapis lazuli, sapphire (my birthstone), indigo, cobalt……

My favorite color is Cobalt. In the only house I ever built, the colors were tan, rust and cobalt blue! Loved it. I have cobalt accents in this house as well.

Oh my, we’re kindred spirits–I used to dream of having a cobalt and terra cotta tile kitchen. In my unfinished novel, the beauty is I can have all my dreams–including decorator–come true, cost is no issue! Cobalt is a lovely strong, but not overpowering color, no?

I know. There are some colors of blue that affect me so that they make me ill. I once had to close my eyes and my husband let me out of a room in the Pompideau Museum in Paris..It was an installation and the entire room was a dark grayish-blue that made me dizzy and ill! But, Cobalt I love–and it is the color I wear the best as well.

Oh, that’s a shame–I generally think of gray-blues as being very nice. The colors which bother me are the to0-bright ones! The psychedelic period was clearly not for me–not in color scheme, or anything else!

Yes, it is all in the tone–It was just this particular color that had a physical effect on me.Possibly it was an association.

I hesitated to ask about that–possibly an association; I know that’s so true for me–particularly with scents.
