In curlicues or more or less straight, these lines seem unsure of where exactly they are going, but predictability is rarely art and both are rather intriguing!  Which way? Wherever their creator decided they should go.

    Thanks again, this is great. I did not know if the photo was jewelry. I suspected it. Then, reading the other comment, I realized, yes, and, the hair strands make the photo all the more intriguing.
