After two weeks, the kittens, at first confined to the guest bathroom, then to the bathroom or a special large walled-off area we created outside, then to about all of the house except for my bedroom, have definitely made themselves at home. Click on first photo to read captions and enlarge photos. I also have a video embedded below!
Fran and Ollie have already devised their game, but looks like Roo is considering joining in.
Then it’s tag team as Roo takes over ,
then abandons the game for a little nest-shredding activity as that very docile frog looks on.
Kukla decides to investigate as well
and finds an even better spot than her sister did.
So Fran switches to a spot on the scanner. Roomier and in the sun to boot.
Busy at my computer, I felt something soft on my foot and looked down to see what seemed to be an impossible feat of balance.
Kittens. Kittens. Kittens. So much fun. I’m grinning just watching Kukla, Fran & Ollie (and Roo) bounce around in gleeful explorations. (Love the percussion under the romping!) Thanks, Judy, for the few minutes of sweet.
Well, they sleep a lot, also. Today they tipped over my kerosene lamp, in the spare room for electrical emergencies. Luckily It spilled on the bed and so didn’t break, but oh that eau de kerosene!!!
I love this!

I fear this into addiction. 🙂 Like me: I was going to work on my book this morning until I saw the Friday Fictioneers prompt.
