I took it from a desert oasis in Peru. I was tempted to go up and roll down one of those dunes. Twenty years ago, I would have!

My son wanted to do it on one of those big plastic sliding disks. He was very disappointed that Israel’s deserts are all rocky and not remotely slidable. THAT one looks slidable!

Black and white filters can turn any picture more elegant. This picture is ALREADY pretty so it makes it even prettier!
