Happy anniversary, Becca! I’ve taken lots of photos of trees in the past few weeks. Here are a few.

You picked some wonderful trees — but that little white house looks as if it will blow down in the next wind!

Saw a lot of little houses that looked like they’d blow over in the next wind, plus some that had.

and Iowa. Went through one area where there were a lot of trees pulled up by their roots and other evidence of big winds or tornadoes.

The winds and tornadoes in that part of the country are truly fearsome — I’ll keep the drought, the fires, and the earthquakes! I’m glad to know that little house is just leaning as a result of photographic angles — it looked like a huff and a puff might blow the house down!

Just looked again at the photos and realize the photo you are talking about, Janet. It is one I took in Morehouse and the leaning of the house is an optical illusion caused by the angle I took the photo from. I don’t think it is in any danger, so lose no sleep over it.
