These bracelets are what I’ve been working on for the past couple of days. I designed 75 of them last year, then put them away without assembling them. It’s taken me two days to assemble four of them. The red one with the butterfly, I hired a macrame artist to join for me but the time it takes and expense I think would price it out of the potential market. The other four were joined and clasps created by me. All of the designs are my own—assemblages of found pieces. I’d be interested in your opinions. Would you wear these? Buy them? They would probably be priced in the $45 to $65 (US) range. The high end would be for the macrame closures. (Only the red one with the butterfly is shown in this style. The green stones in the first bracelet are fresh water pearls.) All are one-of-a-kind pieces.

I like the first one. Have you coloured the pearls? For the additional cost I’d ditch the macrame fastening – it could be uncomfortable to wear. Good work though.

I know.. and I like the more laid back look of the button closure with fringe.

They’re beautiful — but a little high priced for me, who wears virtually no jewelry!

They are beautiful, Judy, but unfortunately, somewhat out of my price range.

I love unique things. I’m attracted to the one with what looks like tiny shells…neutral colors.

They are beautiful, Judy. Just the sort of thing one would buy while visiting tropical places.
