Good evening, LifeLessons readers, OkcForgottenMan here yet again. Judy continues toiling in the final day her writers retreat in Colima, and I’m still here reblogging some of her older poems. It’s a fun gig for me as I stroll back through her blog archive, wondering which to select. I’ve done this before, and I’m looking at her posts from 2016 this go-around.

My second selection today (one more later? maybe.) is something a little different. It’s based on a NaPoWriMo prompt to write a poem to be told backwards! I think Judy did quite well. What do y’all think? The poem is titled “Earned Solitude“.
