This veggie burger at Veggie Town in Ajijic may have converted me to vegetarianism. It certainly will bring me back to this restaurant.
Kristina had the tostadas. Equally delicious, he said.
What inspired me to make wonton soup out of everything I could find in my fridge yesterday? Also vegetarian, except for the chicken boullion
It turned out yummy with cottage cheese and fresh pineapple.
