Uh huh. No, I’m afraid you are addicted. Sorta like me….How is your house coming along? A big job.

Today Chris had to go back to work. We are waiting the for our internet company to come move the modem. Then Thursday, we will have all the flooring and supplies delivered to the house. Then prep the 4 rooms that gets the new flooring. It will take two days to lay the flooring, then we have to start cleaning and preping the two bedrooms, living room and kitchen for roommates.

Yes we had help with the decluttering. The floors we are paying for everything done, including moving the furniture and getting new painted baseboards installed. And we will get some professional cleaners to clean the kitchen, dining and living room, bathrooms and the two rooms for rental. The teenager Chris hired to help with decluttering will be back for help out too.

Oh good. It seems like a large task but will be great once it is done. How liimited will your own living area be when you are finished?

These are such awesome looking flowers. I tried to grow some a couple of years ago, but couldn’t manage to get them past seedlings.

These were at my friend Duffy’s house in Wyoming..I’ve never grown them. I may try, although I think they are accustomed to northern climes.

We have my office, the master bedroom as ours. We are going to continue sleeping in our lazeboy chairs. So we won’t have a bed and we have a huge master so we will have plenty of room. The renters will share the bathroom and each have their own room. We will share the dining and living areas. We don’t use the living area much anyway. We will have a dining table in the dining room, a table 3×4 for puzzles and gathering in the living room. It has Chris’s rower and a small area if we all want to watch TV together.

Do you have your own bathroom? Nosy nosy, but I want to imagine you as comfortable. Do you know who your renters will be?

Yes, the master bedroom as a bathroom with the shower we use. So that will work perfectly. 😀 😀 No we don’t know who our renters are yet. We are waiting to get new floors (next Thursday and Friday installed). Then I can take photos and get them posted. We have generous sized rooms and walk in closets for them.

We are planning on putting all our drums in the living area and hoping we can get a small drumming group going with our roommates and others.

My husband and I used to go to drumming events in our house and the houses of friends.
