I love watching them grow from fuzzy babies with big open beaks to birds with shiny feathers. I don’t always take pictures. Sometimes — often — I just watch them. Beautiful pictures. So those are swallows?

Yes. That’s what David and Sergio say. I checked it out and they are indeed barn swallows. Pretty little things.

When I hear “barn swallows” I think of some plain little brown bird. Had no idea they were this colorful.
