I just discovered that my book The China Bulldog (Available on Amazon and at Diane Pearl’s)
was a finalist for the 2024 New Generation Indie Book Awards in the Memoir category.

    How Wonderful! Judy. Congratulations. I’ve been reading your book little by little and am always amazed at your recall of detail and how that makes all the difference in a story. How you create a time and place and introduce us to people from your young years which I get to know like friends and cousins and relations, too. So delighted for you. I hope you get a wheelbarrow of stickers to put on your beautiful book.

          I didn’t even know they had a Facebook page, Martha. Thanks. But, I worked for over 1/2 hour trying to post on that page and couldn’t get posted. It seemed not to go by the usual method of posting on Facebook
