A lovely shot of a beautful rose — Mr. Lincoln?

Janet, I couldn’t for the life of me figure out your “Mr. Lincoln” reference. (How does a rose link to an 1865 assassination, I wondered.) So glad Mr. Google was able to help. But a VERY strange name for a flower.

LOL — I thought Judy might know Mr. Lincoln — that’s a beautiful rose! It’s amazing how many roses are named for people of history! I’m glad Google was able to help!
