Ludwig I tried commenting twice on your blog but it wouldn’t accept my comment. Hope you will come back next Monday as well. Enjoyed your photos and want to know what the last two dishes are. They look delicious. Also commented that I know what your earlier stack of ingredients are for. I make that dish every Thanksgiving, but I add sliced waterchestnuts as well. See you next week.

Thank you, Judy. Sometime it is tricky to add a comment to my Cafe Ludwig postings. Clicking the Refresh icon one or two times usually works.
One of those dishes is schmarren along with a crepe version, the other a chicken and vegetable creation over pasta. I am trying a paprikasch version tonight. If it turns out I might post a photo.

That carved wooden owl was a gift from one of my English students who brought it back from a 4 day pilgrimage to Talpa… Walking over the mountains. So sweet.
