I think the one you must be talking about was in Mexico City. The one with the fishing net is in Chapala..The Quetzacoatle is shooting water into my swimming pool.

It is at the entrance to a small hotel/restaurant in Ajijic. I haven’t been there in years, but the name was Tres Leones.
