Welcome to “The Numbers Game #108”. Today’s number is 230.To play along, go to your photos file folder and type the number 230 into the search bar. Then post a selection of the photos you find that include that number and post a link to your blog in my Numbers Game blog of the day. If instead of numbers, you have changed the identifiers of all your photos into words, pick a word or words to use instead, and show us a variety of photos that contain that word in the title. This prompt will repeat each Monday with a new number. If you want to play along, please put a link to your blog in comments below.
Here are my contributions to the album. Click on photos to enlarge and view as gallery:

My goodness what a fabulous mix Judy. Some wonderful macros and plants, the goat wandering made me smile as did a clothes line of women

The clothes line of women was me with my friends Xill, Gloria and Linda. It was a publicity shot for an art show we did entitled “Now Hanging.” Xill’s wife Rebecca did a number of shots of us but this is the one we chose. Great memories.

It was. Only two of us left here now but Xill and I just spent a month in Quintana Roo.

Such a happy display. What is the food on sticks being cooked near the fire? is it bread dough formed around a stick? If so, what a good idea.

Wow! An excellent collection of photographs! Love, love, love – the ceramic chicken spoon holder; the zombie pose; the folks in the boat looking at something in the sky; mysterious glittery textile something-or-other; devil duck in the pool; avocado pitter (?); the two-ring art silhouette. Oh, and the blue lit stove knobs. ~Ed.

Thanks, Max. I cannot for the life of me remember what the zombie pose was about. We were on a bus tour to Colima and for some reason the bus driver stopped the bus and had us all walk throught this area. I can’t remember why or what we were experiencing that made us walk that way. Maddening. Not the only thing I don’t remember anymore. ;o) Those eerie blue-lit knobs came on my stove. Actually, they weren’t on the model I had picked out and sorta drove me crazy, especially because one immediately burned out. Now that they have all burned out over the years it is a relief. The avocado pitter is actually a hundred-year plus year old wooden lemon squeezer inherited from my grandma.

As I’m sure you know, you are not alone in the ‘not remembering’ department. What’s just as maddening is when you ‘remember’ something as clear as day, but others do not remember it that way at all. The inherited lemon squeezer is so cool. ~Ed.

Yes.. two different problems but you are right..both maddening. At least you have someone agreeing with you when you both forget the same thing. I’ve said this before but I was once in a group of 5 and not one of us could remember Tom Hanks’ name!!!! And all agreed he was our favorite actor.
