I love the sight of them but I’m allergic to the aroma. Luckily I have one in my yard that produces no scent. Very strange!!! This one was in the Ajijic town plaza.
The first one I saw was in Guangzhou. It was the white one with the yellow center. They called it “Ji Dan Hua” or “Chicken Egg Flower.” That was the only name for it I knew for a long time. 🙂
I love plumeria. First saw them in Kapaa Hawaii growing all over the place. Love the flower, love the scent. So sorry you’re allergic Judy their scent is awesome.
Beautiful…and one of my favorites! 🙂

First one I saw was in Hawaii and I only knew it as a frangipani until I went to Australia.

Thanks — I suspected this is what frangipani was but I wasn’t sure! 😀
