Hah! It’s begun, but I just brought home about a ream of paper generated for my new investment portfolio! I work on it a little at a time, and soon it will start to get under control — before I bring home another ream of paper!
I keep asking how long I have to keep all the paper — the answer seems to be 5-7 years for tax stuff, and “not that long” for investment stuff since it’s all on the company’s computers! Most of the rest of the cabinets will be emptied and trashed (or shredded). I do have to go through it carefully, because there are some treasures mixed in with the travel folders and knitting patterns!
I love silhouettes. I have a special filter for that both in color and black & white.

Thanks, Janet. How is your sorting going? Mine hasn’t begun yet.

I’m wondering what will happen to the file cabinets full of my writing when I depart this life. Probably destined for the incinerator.
