      Yes????? Did you leave in the middle of your comment or am I dating myself by not understanding modern lingo? I passed this tree/turned light post every time I walked to the P.O. when visiting forgottenman in MO. But..I always forgot to take a camera. When I was back in Mexico, I begged him to go take some shots for me. I told him where to shoot from…what side…and then cropped…so, actually, it is his shot, but I was the artistic director. Hope they won’t drum me out of the prompt site for plagiarism. Actually, I brought this up to him and he said, “Nope, it is totally your shot. I thought you were crazy telling me to take it but now that I see it on the blog, I can see what you saw.” Am I the Andy Warhol of photography???? Delegating? Judy

        It is a silly expression but I just can’t handle long nails like that. I hear phantom chalkboards in my ears just looking at them.
        As for the Warholian tactics — no court law will ever try you. 😉 You’re reinventing the prompt game. A revolutionary.
        And now I want soup.

          I agree about the nails. I’ve seen some so long they curl into a spiral–once on a wait person in a bar!!! Plus, the hygiene issues make me shudder. Now I have to figure out why you suddenly crave soup. What is the matter with you, girl, can’t you ever just make a single trite comment? (Actually, please don’t change…I look forward to your word puzzles and I’m slowly modernizing as well!) I can’t even!!!! Judy

    Those are really beautiful, especially the mud castles (is it mud castles? natural?)………..and i loved reading thru your ‘about life lessons’……….i read somewhere “Iron is so strong and nothing can destroy it but can rust itself”……..celebrate every sec’ in life…….like new everytime 🙂 good luck dear

      They were sand castles built by a little boy. I’ll post a picture of him making them so you can see his technique. He was amazing. Thanks for coming by and commenting. Y’all come back. Judy

        Oh oh. I was wrong. That sand art was made by an older youth. I’m posting two further pictures of sand art that uses this technique (of squeezing watery sand out of the hand) on my blog…See Nov. 11 post for them.
