Hmm.. looks like a piece of parka-hood fur that adhered momentarily to a bumpy wall. (OR it looks like anything living up in those high-corner webs that I refuse to touch even vacuum-cleanerly. The law of averages via a touch of wind and gravity, says they will fall someday on their own. That law is good enough for me.)
