   To dance is to be out of yourself, larger, more beautiful, and your soul flies higher, free.

      Thanks, Connie. That’s how I feel as well. When at the beach I have a friend who won’t let me not dance! I get more sedentary when I’m at the lake and confine most of my dancing to after midnight in my pool.
