They are bromeliads, Olga. Their sticky seeds adhere to the feet of birds who alight on the wires and leave them behind. They are air plants so require no watering other than the water in the air. I love them. When they fall or blow off sometimes, I always pick them up and bring them in to put on a windowledge or nest in a planter.
