A killer bout of amoebas cancelled my plans to participate in the demonstration in La Floresta today, but I’d already made these signs, so I’ll mount a one-woman demonstration here. The signs are as ugly as what they are protesting against!!!!

I do feel so much better. My body working right again, but my water pump has gone out so no water for two days. Always a new thrill. Pasiano has headed into town with a fist full of money to buy a new one.

Hah.. pump installed but no pressure so now back into town for a new valve for the aljibe. Pasiano wears many hats. Gardener, plumber, electrician, delivery service, ambulance (for my car accident.) Sort of a surrogate husband who does what you ask him to! Yes. Healthy but dirty definitely the best choice. I can always bathe in vodka!
