Meet Jim Tipton, Poet and Keeper of Bees

A while ago, I published a tribute to my friend Jim Tipton, who had passed away here in Chapala, where he had resided for the past 15 years or so.  Jim was an incredible poet and his friends here are trying to insure that his last book of poetry, “The Alphabet of Longing” gets its due notoriety.  At $6.99 it is an incredible bargain. You will not regret acquainting yourself with the work of this lovely man whose work has been acclaimed by Isabel Allende.  Go here for more information and to order his book: .

About lifelessons

My blog, which started out to be about overcoming grief, quickly grew into a blog about celebrating life. I post daily: poems, photographs, essays or stories. I've lived in countries all around the globe but have finally come to rest in Mexico, where I've lived since 2001. My books may be found on Amazon in Kindle and print format, my art in local Ajijic galleries. Hope to see you at my blog.
