Ha. They are installing a new water system in the little town where I’m visiting and they put plastic bags over all the new hydrants which are not yet in working order as the new system is not entirely in place. They did this so if there is an emergency, it is completely clear which hydrants are working. I think if they don’t hurry up, they are going to have to replace the bags!
