He’s very talented. I gave him photos of designs from Mexican churches near Oaxaca that have been converted to all Mexican decor and asked him to use those designs around all the exterior doors of my house. It keeps evolving.

Nan, I had housesitters once when I was in the states. He asked if he could borrow back a painting he’d sold me to show in an exhibition. He said he’d tell me when he was coming and emailed me it would be the next day so without thinking, I emailed my housesitter, “Jesus is coming on Wednesday at 3 PM.” Needless to say, she was astonished. Ha.
