I recently planted mint and sweet basil near my kitchen — they did well, until one morning when I found the mint stripped of its leaves, and the basil the next morning. A third morning, when I opened the door, a lizard ran away! What a surprise!

Who knew. I thought lizards just ate insects and small frogs.

Surprised me — but when I looked up lizards, I found that they apparently also eat leaves of young plants!

I am fascinated by snails, even though they eat my hibiscus plants!! I try to relocate them. My spare lot will be full of snails and hummingbird moth caterpillars! Pasiano picked a bunch off my vines today. I took photos.
