Nope, I’m sticking to it. I’ve lost 10 lbs. in the past month, just being careful as first, but just started the fast 8 days ago and I’ve lost about a lb. every two days. That’s included in the 10 lbs. It’s just the easiest diet I’ve ever been on and I find it helps me to just not think about food, which this accomplishes. During the 18 hours, I can’t think about food because I know I can’t eat anyway. I don’t consider snacking or buying junk food. That works so far.
I’ve been wanting to try intermittent fasting, but I need to figure out the best hours for me, thanks for the motivation! Now I’m craving pizza though!

I fast from 9 at night until 3 in the afternoon. I’m thinking of changing it to 8 to 2 as I’m pretty hungry by 3..I’ve lost 7 lbs. in 11 days.

I’m now at day 127 and I’ve lost 33.4 pounds. I guess that’s about 1 pound every 4 days. Slow and steady.
