An Interview with Judy Dykstra-Brown, Teacher, Artist, Poet, Part II

In case you aren’t already following her blog, here is Andrea Huelsenbeck’s second (and last) installment of her interview with me regarding both my art and writing and that of my husband, Bob. Bob’s work as well as my work before coming to Mexico 19 years ago was covered in Installment 1. This installment covers my present work.

About lifelessons

My blog, which started out to be about overcoming grief, quickly grew into a blog about celebrating life. I post daily: poems, photographs, essays or stories. I've lived in countries all around the globe but have finally come to rest in Mexico, where I've lived since 2001. My books may be found on Amazon in Kindle and print format, my art in local Ajijic galleries. Hope to see you at my blog.

Thanks, Sam. I have three books I haven’t published.. all about my life. If you run out of reading material and want to read them, they’ll be on their way (via internet.) I may never get around to publishing them and perhaps there is a reason…

What a treat to read both these interviews with you, Judy and see all the art work that you and Bob created, and hear your stories of how you got from here to there. Of course it takes at least two installments to just begin to delve into your wild and adventuresome and creative life. You are an inspiration. Thanks for sending these and inviting us into your stories.
