Difference of Opinion

If I were being altruistic, I’d meet you halfway there,
but your overbearing manner is more than I can bear.
You have me in a dither and so it’s true, I fear,
that it’s the end of our discussion, because I am out of here!

    dear lady never apologize for your travel plans. your wisdom is well founded. soap boxes are never worth squabbling over. they just increase the importance of any other destination.

    How politely you put it, John. One day I must write about my encounter in the grocery store last night..I met an absolute crazy man in front of the salad dressing display in the produce dept. Unbelievable. Trying to reason did no good at all..he just changed his stance. Some people are incapable of logical discussion.
