About lifelessons

My blog, which started out to be about overcoming grief, quickly grew into a blog about celebrating life. I post daily: poems, photographs, essays or stories. I've lived in countries all around the globe but have finally come to rest in Mexico, where I've lived since 2001. My books may be found on Amazon in Kindle and print format, my art in local Ajijic galleries. Hope to see you at my blog.

The wild Petunias are now blooming where the Indian Blanket was. They are not as thick and not as deep a purple as the cultivated ones, another problem is the Deer love them and they will not last long~! If I knew how to post a photo in a “reply” I would do so~!

You should not encourage me to show my flowers~! Now I stayed up past my bed time, too late~! I need to go down to the creek tomorrow, and see if I can get a better picture of the petunias, everything around them is in perfect focus but they look blurred. There are now other wildflowers blooming that I did not photograph.
