Looks to me like it is a Cape Honeysuckle.

You know me, most of what I have are the volunteer native ones, while pretty are not like yours; must look for the Cape honeysuckle.

Yes, I looked it up.. They are a bush, Mine are vines growing from near the ground to high up into my trees, very bright red and pretty but not bunched like yours but lower to the ground.

Mine blooms year round. Not boasting. Has nothing to do with my skills. Plants just love this climate.

Ours normally only blooms in the spring. Last year and this year it has continued.
