Please do not miss this posting by Forgottenman re/ the overturning of Roe Vs. Wade. Thank goodness there are people more able to express their outrage than I am and would that they were on the Supreme court rather than the fools who are!!!!!
I am utterly devastated by what my country’s highest court is doing here. It is a travesty of justice, of humanity, for SO many reasons I won’t go into here. Well, not yet anyway. But y’all might want to take a look at some (I hope ALL) of these takes on the leaked decision by the U.S. Supreme Court assholes.

My first thought was I wondered how many former “conquests” and relatives of the Justices have had abortions at cushy clinics they could afford to send them away to.

I’ve reached a point of utter disgust with… well, you name it. I can’t BELIEVE that they are going to throw us back 50 years! FIFTY YEARS. We fought so hard and this was the ONE bit of real progress we thought we’d made. I think I’m beyond outrage.

I’m reading a book set in Saudi Arabia. They are talking about what happened when the zealots recaptured control of the country and put women back in abayas and shaylas. It reminds me of what seems to be happening in the U.S. Shocking.

Beau does a good job. It is really important to keep the eyes on the content of the ruling and not the who leaked BS. The supreme court deserves no respect. The three judges appointed during the 2017 to 2021 presidency are unqualified and Douglas and Alito are corrupt criminals.
