State of the Leg

For those who asked, here is the state of the leg 24 hours later. Swelling down. Doesn’t hurt except when my masseur forgot a couple of times this morning and touched it. Then, Ouch!!! That said, I promise no more photos of sore subjects…

About lifelessons

My blog, which started out to be about overcoming grief, quickly grew into a blog about celebrating life. I post daily: poems, photographs, essays or stories. I've lived in countries all around the globe but have finally come to rest in Mexico, where I've lived since 2001. My books may be found on Amazon in Kindle and print format, my art in local Ajijic galleries. Hope to see you at my blog.

It does. I’m like a little kid who just has to take the bandaid off to show you her owies. Still milking it for sympathy!!! On the other hand, a friend gifted me an Osito Tens machine that you just put your feet on and in about 4 sessions, it has completely banished the back pain I’ve had for 8 months. It is amazing! I’ll do a blog on it soon.

It does..Just intrigued with how something can look so bad and not hurt at all unless touched. I credit that amazing tens machine I got for my feet. It is amazing. No more back pain after 8 months of really bad pain. It may have nothing to do with my ankle not hurting, but it has really changed my life.
