Called away by the phone while getting ready.
Had to go turn the water off in the pool.
Distracted while feeding the cats.
Even I can’t remember how this came to be!
Last minute change of clothes.
I haven’t a clue. Perhaps I heard a dripping shower head as I was heading toward the door?

I have a house phone no one knows the number to. It is just so I can call my cell phone to find it. And sometimes it is sitting within reaching distance! It is in a bright red case and still I overlook it.
