Yesterday I bought 96 pouches of cat food in 4 different flavors. I then sorted them into boxes so the kitties would have a different meal every meal for 2 days. But, guess what the very last pouch I pulled out of the bag looked like?
It was totally empty. All sealed up like the others, but totally empty. Wonder how often this happens? I threw away the receipt so sure Walmart won’t trade it for a full one so guess I’ll just keep it as a souvenir.

As long as the kitties don’t know and don’t organize a protest march on Walmart.

Nah. I’m their intermediary with Walmart.

Better watch out they’ll demand Whole Foods if they find out .

No such thing here in Mexico. At least in the little towns nearest me.

You may be lucky. Some people refer to Whole Food as Whole Paycheck.

Ha. They built one very near the house where I lived in Huntington Beach, but I only went there to buy Sweetleaf Stevia!

Ah, you are the kitty union organizer?

Yes. Also de-flea-er, main cook and bottle-washer and remover of lizard and squirrel and birdie remains. That only happens when I don’t feed them quickly enough! Sad, sad.

Hunter kitties – wow! Mine are lazy housebodies, waited on hand-and-foot.

Too funny! I once received and empty package from Amazon, but they fixed it very quickly 🙂

There are actually PEOPLE in GOVERNMENT who come out of the factory with nothing in their heads. It’s really difficult to take them back, too. Never a refund.

Ha. And they, too, are well-dressed.

Mostly. My representative dresses like a hooker in at a truck-stop outside Elko, but you know.

Um… Afraid to ask, but how many kitties are you feeding? 96 pouches is a lot!

That’s a month and a half’s worth. I have two kitties and feed them twice a day.. a packet of wet food and a scoop of dry food each time.

It was so bizarre that it was worth it…

The mere fact that it was sealed empty is enough for them to replace it.

But I have no proof I bought it there..Except my credit card, but sure it doesn’t tell what was bought, just how much. Not worth the gas it would take to drive there and I got a blog out of it!!!

Whole Foods is owned by Amazon — they and Amazon Fresh are both way too expensive in a competitive market!

What doesn’t Amazon own?
