About lifelessons

My blog, which started out to be about overcoming grief, quickly grew into a blog about celebrating life. I post daily: poems, photographs, essays or stories. I've lived in countries all around the globe but have finally come to rest in Mexico, where I've lived since 2001. My books may be found on Amazon in Kindle and print format, my art in local Ajijic galleries. Hope to see you at my blog.

Judy, this was an amazing response to this challenge! I especially liked how you brought us from your childhood and then chronicled a day of weather in Mexico. Wyoming was a great snowy touch. Thanks for participating.

Just found a photo of a piece of hail in the shape of a heart that I found in Iowa when a family picnic was pelted by huge hailstones, but don’t know how to fit it in..Thanks once again for the prompt. I know it is a lot of work!!!!

I used to lie in the back window of that car and left a carton of my colors there that melted all over the ledge under the window. So part of me remained even after my dad traded it in for a new one!
