Directionless
I’m shipping out for northern climes, not knowing what to pack.
Am I leaving here for good or am I coming back?
One thing pulls me northwards and another bids me stay.
I really do not know what I desire from day to day.
Some call me indecisive while others call me weak
just because I do not know what it is I seek.
I need someone to point me in the right direction
since I seem unable to make my own selection.
Have you tried dangling a pendulum over a map?

I’ll try that, Ana.

I like them, too. They are actually just reading glasses but I’m always sorry when I have to switch to my rimless far vision glasses.

Very well expressed. I think most of us deal with such moments in life. Your photos are expressive too.

This is evocative for me, I’ve always lived between to places that both pull me, confuse me.

I don’t really, just go to El Norte for appointments and to see my sister and my friends. Mexico is in my heart.
