Is anyone else having trouble with the Reader? I cannot see who has just posted blogs. Clicking eyeglasses doesn’t help..I only see one person’s blog at a time. No scrolling. Are others having this problem? Sorry if I’m not viewing and commenting on your blogs.. I have no idea who is posting.

I blog through the Jetpack app and it is working okay

Log in and scroll down to ?help. I use Jetpack and can still see a big list, but I rarely see the people I subscribed to, there. I’ve selected email or show notifications for them.

I’m not having problems, although not everyone I follows posts are showing. Only got to Thursdays Doors from another post and I missed Dans post last week

I’m just accessing them from the list on the side panel. So far that seems to be working for me. The comments not accepted is a PITA, but I just try again, and the second time it seems to take it.

My reader is working, but I’m having trouble with comments. It keeps telling me something went wrong, then I have to type the comment again.

YES, THEY HAVE SCREWED UP MY PAGE SO BADLY THAT I NOW HAVE DIFFICULTY POSTING AND SEVERAL OTHERS HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY NO LONGER RECEIVE NOTICES AND MUST BE “RE-FRIENDED”

Is there another way to reach Help? I suspect something in your Settings should be adjusted, but I am not a techie.

You click on the eyeglasses.. It was too easy, I guess, just clicking on help. What are they thinking of? I still can’t get a list with the blogs included, though.. just a list of names I have to click on one at a time to see blogs..not connected to each other.

Mine works fine. Try clicking on the glasses and go to the left bar and clock on menage subscriptions. See if you are still subscribed to other blogs other than the one you are seeing.

I am still subscribed to all of them. It is just that it lets me only go to one at a time without knowing if they’ve recently posted or not..I can no longer see the actual blogs of all I’m subscribed to in order from the most recent to the last..and to easily scroll from one to another.

Also, the help is the question mark symbol between the glasses and the bell. It appeared only after I clicked on the glasses. It looks like it may be a secret helper 🙂

What is the improvement in using symbols over words, an d why do they automatically think we will understand instead of explaining what they are going to do before they do it? I’ve been doing Word Press for 12 years now and it is not that I don’t know how to navigate… or I should say not that I didn’t formerly know how to navigate.

It isn’t the only app that is doing so at the moment.. Skype, Microsoft, mail…everything is messed up for me. They are all trying to improve and only complicating.

I had problems a little while ago back-paging in the reader which took me immediately back to the top so I never got anywhere fast! Now it;s a case of clicking on the eyeglasses OR the back arrow and hoping for the best. Things keep moving around and now I automatically have little green columns of views over 7 days on my dashboard. Hope you can get it sorted Judy.

My reader is only 2/3 the size it once was because they put a list of those I’ve subscribed to on the left with 1/2 of the area it takes up blank space.

My reader is working fine. (I have the “recent” option checked.) But that doesn’t mean WP hasn’t monkeyed with it. I wish they would stop “improving” the software. My motto is, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Amen. So frustrated. I can now get them but just the names of the blog and I have to click to have them come up. Must see if they let me go back again and see the list of all.. I agree. Why change? They’ve just complicated and that big list of names to the left that is half empty space makes the space for posts just 2/3 of what it used to be.
