I just found this video of Zoe and Ollie, taken right after I brought her home from the beach. It was quite a surprise to me when this big male cat immediately became a surrogate mother! It’s a tender moment. Do you have one to share, as well? If so, please put a link to it in comments below.

Violet, it turns out (surprise!) that different browsers handle the link differently. I use Firefox, which opens the link in a new tab as expected. Chrome, MS Edge, and Opera (at least) simply download the video file to your computer. Judy is working on a fix now. UPDATE: Seems to work now on multiple browsers.

No, we were back at my house when this was taken. I got her at the beach but I’m about 5 hours inland.

I was able to view it–how sweet! It reminds me of when my male cat became a surrogate parent for a new kitten. I’m sorry I don’t have a video of that special time.
