      My folks moved to Tucson when I went to college and my mom lived there for 30 years. My dad passed away after 10. I actually prefer it to Phoenix..or at least the way it was then…both were much smaller and laid back.

          Have you ever been there during the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show? We used to go there to buy stones as I was making jewelry, but then they actually asked us to do the show as artists. We totally sold out the first year. A man came in and bought our entire booth..jewelry, lamps and vases! That was a good year.
