Because it conjured up a wonderful afternoon in the San Miguel Botanical Desert Gardens with my dear departed friend Joe and my long-unseen friend Dale.

      Thanks, Sadje. For awhile I was having a problem finding summer images and then I remembered the beach! And the desert, but I’d sorta worn out by time I started looking for desert images so there are only 2.

    Oh my Judy, what great images for this challenge. I loved all of them, especially the beach scenes, and people captures. Was that a real forearm and hand???Again this post was amazing.

      Thanks so much, Anne. This one was a trial.. I spent over 1/2 hour collecting photos from 13 years of photos and when I put them on computer, the wifi connection went out and I lost them all. Grrrrr. So, I did it again, but limited the years. It’s fun to review your life and memories in these prompts, though, isn’t it. I am so glad you enjoyed them. Gotta look for the hand and I’ll let you know..

          Thanks, Ann. Yes, a bizarre find. I usually just collect natural things to include in my wall collages, but this was a find that didn’t make it to the studio stash.
