With the exception of the first shot, which is a back view of a shoe display at the feria, these are all shots of feet taken at the writer’s group that meets twice a month at the Nueva Posada in Ajijic. I had been trying to think of an excuse to do a blog on feet and then out of the blue, my friend Angela sent me this quote along with the message, “More inspiration, not that you need it!” What synchronicity was that? Thanks, Angela, this one is for you.

I nearly missed out on the fact that today is “National I Love My Feet” day!!!! Above are some of my favorite foot shots. Just couldn’t confine my photos to my own feet, although there are are few of them in there. Anybody recognize any of the other feet?

Since it rained almost every day we were in Cancun, we spent a lot of time under the canopy out by the pool–us under, the seagulls perched overhead!
This kitten wandered into a local coffee bar and persuaded its owners that it lived there. When they were gone and the front doors were closed, she continued to carry on an active social life with passing children.
Fancy feet. I think you saw these earlier in vivid pink. Here they are letting their design carry the day in basic black and white.
