This is the photo I was looking for when I did an earlier response to the prompt. I just found it so need to publish it. Another gorgeous auricomous find:

She was hanging out at a favorite restaurant that has an herb garden in back. She is looking sort of grumpy, probably since they have adopted all 5 of her kittens out since I was last there. Poor Mama.

A wonderful shot of an auricomous cat! There are all sorts of stories that could be written around the poor kitty!

She looks like she is related to my little Pyshka, and little Pyshka looks like my husband’s childhood photos. I think most auricomous creatures are related, especially the green-eyed ones.

Is Pyshka a child or a cat?

Love that name. Guess Kukla is/was a Pyshka..or is that just a name?

Kukla is a doll, and pyshka is a sweet roll, and when we rescued this tiny furball, she was (and still is) the golden color of a well-baked pyshka roll, and just as sweet.
