I think I took it with my iphone 11.. or perhaps my camera but I think I was just using my regular lens. I find if I put it out to the furthest possible focal distance setting and then get up close to the object it works the best. Not logical, but it works better than actually using the macro setting.
This is beautiful, Judy — When the world opens a little, I hope to plant some of these along the narrow strip between fence and faux grass, just for the extra color it would offer!

It probably has a macro function. Most modern cameras have one. Not as much as a true macro lens, but surprisingly good.

It does. It has three lenses for close, medium and far.. but not as far as my camera, which can take a good shot at a quarter mile.
