My actual posting for today is “De-picted,” so please view it as well as this post.

Today I should reach a milestone on my blog by celebrating its 10,000th viewing! I am celebrating by giving a gift to the 10,000th viewer. The only way I can tell if it is you is for you to  leave a comment on whatever you are viewing (just hit “reply” at the beginning of whatever post you have just viewed and leave a comment.) Viewing more than one will increase your chances. The prize is either a free book of your choice or I will write you a personal poem on the subject of your choice–perhaps a poem for someone’s birthday or wedding or anniversary or other event. If I don’t already have your email or blog address, you’ll have to check later tonight to see if I’ve published your name as a winner and then tell me details of your desired poem or your mailing address for the book. Phew. Complicated. But, I wanted to celebrate somehow. Judy

      Thanks so much. I came to your website but couldn’t figure out where to leave a comment, so I hope you see this. One thing I’ve liked the best about blogging (apart from the fact that it gives me impetus to write every day) is that I’ve met so many interesting people from all over the world. I appreciate your reading and commenting. I enjoyed your blog as well.
