These are great! Well, I mean, I don’t like the fish but… 😛 I really love your last image. I remember making those towers at the beach so many times. I don’t think I ever got a picture thought. Thank you so much for sharing.

Is the carving from a boat? I enjoy your posts.

It was on a cabinet in a restaurant I went to on Sunday. It looks Indonesian to me. I loved it, too. Not quite beaver colored, but then neither is the hue called beaver!!! Thanks for commenting. I enjoy your comments as well! Please come back, Sandy.

You’ve intrigued and disturbed me — and I appreciate you for this experience. Thanks for posting these shots. What were your thoughts behind them?

Izzy–Mainly, I was looking for shots of the right color. They are all just details around me that caught my interest. The sand sculptures were made by a young man I watched for over an hour, making these fantastic sculptures by “leaking” water with sand in it out of the corned of his clenched hand…They were like clouds, assuming shapes. It was hypnotic. The heart shaped rock was one of more than a hundred I found on the beach during a month-long period leading up to Xmas. If you look in earlier posts, you’ll see the installation I made making use of them. Thanks for asking. Judy
