Peek-a-boo Pinkies

I just couldn’t resist posting this picture. A visiting friend asked if it was okay if he removed his shoes and of course i said no problem. Imagine my surprise when these toes presented themselves to my view, just a foot or so from where I was sitting on a nearby stool. He nonchalantly twitched his toes as he told an engaging tale. They were sort of like a director’s baton, giving emphasis to certain emphatic points in the story.
If you know who this is, shhhhhh, don’t tell. I don’t want to embarrass anyone.

So my only question is, how did you take that photo with his knowledge? 🙂 It is amazing how we just move our toes when we talk. 🙂

I pretended to be taking a photo of everyone on the sofa, then zoomed in to his toes. He was so intent on his tale that I don’t think he noticed. There’s a great shot of the woman next to him laughing as I did so. I’m unsure whether it was because she knew what I was doing or because she was enjoying the story. I dare not publish that picture as it would reveal identities.

If I sent you a pic of T’s big toe now, you would be flabbergasted at the range of colors. Has a bad infection that started with a blister and has been ordered to use crutches and not put any weight on his foot until it is healed. Is on an antibiotic. Purple red, orange, black, blue, etc., this is one I won’t be posting, but will leave to your imagination. I think I have said more than enough.

Fortunately, he is, but you know how difficult that is for him not to be independent.
